 Manchester First United Methodist Church!

We're delighted to welcome you to the official website of Manchester First United Methodist Church in Manchester, Tennessee.  The church offers three services on Sunday mornings - one service at 8:25, a service at 10:55 and one at 11:00.  Our 8:25 a.m. service is a blended service.  On fourth Sundays, our blended service becomes a contemporary service as our adult praise team leads us in "Praise and Word!"  The 10:55 service in the sanctuary is our more traditional service of worship, with robed choir, calls and collects and an anthem from our Sanctuary choir.  But if your worship preference leans more toward contemporary you can also attend "Commentary" each Sunday at 11:00 am (running simultaneously with our traditional service) in the church fellowship hall.  Click  here for details about this service!  Each fifth Sunday we hold a Cokesbury Hymn Sing, with the congregation choosing their favorite praise and worship songs from the Cokesbury hymnal!  We observe Holy Communion  on the first Sunday of each  month.  And we offer Holy Communion with prayers for healing in the Chapel on first Sundays.  When you are able, we would just love to have you come and worship with us in person!  Welcome home!
